First, put the Kraton on a stand with all wheels clear, then check that the transmitter has fresh batteries and is switched on before connecting the truck’s drive batteries. Make sure the packs are charged and firmly connected, then switch on the ESC.
Do you have no steering and no throttle, or does steering work but the motor does not? Also, tell me what the receiver/ESC lights do and whether you hear beeps. That’ll narrow it to power, radio binding, or ESC setup.
