Gear Calculator is now Pit Calc Pro!

How many So Dialed apps do you have on your phone so far? If you race a lot, you probably have several!

So, we're simplifying your life by now releasing our calculators as a single app! To get started, we have expanded our popular Gear Calculator Pro app into the new RC Pit Calc Pro.

RC Pit Calc Pro Includes: 

• GEAR RATIO CALCULATOR: Easily calculate your gear ratio, final drive ratio, or rollout. Enter your gears "before and after" to see the real impact of your gear and tire changes as a percentage (e.g. +2.5%), so you'll know exactly how much speed and motor load to expect.  This replaces our Gear Calculator Pro app.
• PILL INSERTS: Easily calculate your front or rear suspension geometry including anti-squat, toe, track width, and roll center. Supports almost all popular cars. This calculator replaces our Pill Insert Calculator App, which will no longer be updated.
• CORNER WEIGHTS: Enter the corner weights for your car, and we'll break down the weight biases for front-rear, left-right, and cross weight/wedge.
• OIL TEMP & VISCOSITY: Racing on a hotter or colder day than usual? Use this calculator to see exactly what shock oil you should use to the get the same car feel as usual.
• FUEL USAGE: For nitro racers, this calculator shows you how much fuel your car uses per minute in racing conditions, and it shows how much fuel you'll need to finish long races, and how many pit stops you'll need. This calculator replaces our Fuel Mileage Calculator App, which will no longer be supported.
• TOP SPEED: For electric cars with brushless motors, enter some basic info about your car, and get a good estimate of its top speed! This calculator replaces our Top Speed Calculator, which will no longer be supported.
• OIL BLENDING: Out at the track and don't have the shock oil you need? I bet you do have some of those super thick and thin oils sitting around you never use - why not blend them? Use this calculator to see what proportions to use to blend oils to get the exact viscosity you want.

Each calculator will remember your entries, so you can easily pick back up when you come back to it, and calculators with car-specific data (like gears or batteries) will save data on a per-car basis, so each car has its settings saved.

Of course, the app also provides basic car data when applicable, such as spur gear, transmission ratio, or suspension geometry, so you don't need to check the manual and can get answers quickly!

Please note: if you are using our Pill Insert Calculator, Top Speed Calculator, or Fuel Mileage Calculator, they will continue to work for now, but they will not get updates or fixes and will be removed from the app store eventually.  Please download Pit Calc Pro to get the latest updates on all calculators.
