Today's new release of the RC Setup App is one I've been looking forward to for some time, and we hope y'all enjoy it!
Commenting
First up, you can now comment on shared setups in the app! When viewing a setup on the Find Setups screen, you'll see an option below the Thank and Copy buttons for Comments. Just tap the Comments button, and you can leave a comment or ask a question, and the driver who posted the setup will be notified. And, of course, we'll notify you when you get a response.

That all said, let's keep things civil everyone! This is a hobby, and if folks are sharing setups, please be courteous when asking them questions. If you're sharing setups, rest assured you have the ability to delete any comments on your setups, just in case someone gets a little rowdy.
Setup Ratings
This feature is most useful for your own setups: we have revamped the Handling Changes feedback section (at bottom of the Results tab), and it is now just called "How was this setup?". Here, you can give the setup an overall star rating, and/or you can rate how it performed and specify if the setup gave "not enough" or "too much" of any of these criteria:
- Overall (1-4 stars)
- Corner-entry steering
- Mid-corner steering
- Corner-exit steering
- Steering response
- Overall grip
- Acceleration
- Stability
- Bump handling
- Jump handling
These ratings help you do a few things:
- Easily record all important aspects of a setup's performance
- Think about the setup's performance methodically, so you know exactly what problems to solve
- More easily review your setups to find ones that have particular strengths (e.g. strong corner-entry steering)
- Make your Race Log entries more readable and useful at a glance without having to type as many detailed notes (see next image after this one)

Now, where this really comes in handy is when you use the Race Log as well. With the Race Log, you can quickly review all your races for the day and see how each setup performed, and what each setup's strengths and weaknesses were:

Give 'em a try, and let us know what you think!
