RC Setup App: Now Available in Your Language!

Since we first released the So Dialed RC Setup App a few years ago, we've gotten occasional requests for support for various different languages. More recently, particularly as we cover more cars that are popular in non-US regions, those requests have become more and more common.

For a long time, we just couldn't imagine how to translate the whole app. How do you translate "Camber links: inner mounts" and make sure it means what you think it means?  There are so many technical terms and so many elements of the interface that automated translation just didn't meet our standards. We would need excellent translators familiar with RC to do it correctly, and we'd have to go through the whole process again for each new language, so it just wasn't feasible.

However, with the rise of AI translations that can actually understand context and "jargon," the quality is finally pretty darn good, so we felt comfortable allowing AI to do our translations, so we now support 13 languages from around the world: English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. This should cover the vast majority of the RC racing world, but please let us know if we're missing yours.
