The racer asked
What ride heights should I use for a low grip dirt track

Start at 15 mm front and 21 mm rear. That is the 1/10 late model baseline listed for all track types; there isn’t a separate low-grip ride-height target for the TLR 22S.
Measure with the car ready to run, on a flat setup board, and let the suspension settle before checking. The 22S lets you set the front from 8–20 mm and the rear from 15–25 mm.
Ride height mainly sets chassis clearance and affects how much the chassis rolls. Don’t change it just because the track is slick. If the chassis is dragging or bottoming over bumps, raise the affected end a small amount, such as 1 mm, then recheck. Higher ride height helps avoid bottoming, but too much height can add chassis roll.
