Out of the box the XT8E.2 runs 400 cst front, 350 cst rear (XRAY oil), on 6 x 1.3mm (#358033) front, 6 x 1.3mm (#358033) rear pistons. That is the kit setup; you will need to adjust it for your track conditions. The RC Setup App can help dial it in.

The kit springs are 80mm 3 dot (#358365) front, 90mm 3 dot (#358385) rear. Stiffer springs suit high grip and big jumps; softer springs add grip on slick or bumpy tracks.
