On the X1 '25's stock 80T spur that is about 37T for 21.5T and up. Tight tracks gear down, open tracks gear up. For a starting pinion matched to your motor, use the So Dialed Pinion Recommender with the X1 '25 selected.
The X1 '25 has an internal ratio of 1:1. Final drive ratio = spur ÷ pinion × 1. With the stock 80T spur, a 26T pinion gives an FDR of 3.08 and a 47T gives 1.70.

Out of the box the X1 '25 runs 550 cst center, 15,000 side tubes (XRAY oil). That is the kit setup; you will need to adjust it for your track conditions. The RC Setup App can help dial it in.
The kit springs are 3.0C Grey front, 2.3-2.6C (#308263) center, 0.9C Gold side. Stiffer springs suit high grip and big jumps; softer springs add grip on slick or bumpy tracks.
