The 8IGHT-XE 2.0 has an internal ratio of 3.31:1. Final drive ratio = spur ÷ pinion × 3.31. With the stock 47T spur, a 12T pinion gives an FDR of 12.96 and a 19T gives 8.19.

What shock oil does the TLR 8IGHT-XE 2.0 come with?
Out of the box the 8IGHT-XE 2.0 runs 40 wt front, 35 wt rear (Team Losi oil), on v2 5 x 1.5mm (#243054) front, v2 5 x 1.6mm (#243054) rear pistons. That is the kit setup; you will need to adjust it for your track conditions. The RC Setup App can help dial it in.
What springs does the TLR 8IGHT-XE 2.0 come with?
The kit springs are EVO 8X Front (#243055) front, EVO 3.6 Brown (#344022) rear. Stiffer springs suit high grip and big jumps; softer springs add grip on slick or bumpy tracks.
What diff fluid does the TLR 8IGHT-XE 2.0 come with?
The kit diff fluid is 7,000 cst front, 5,000 cst center, 4,000 cst rear. Thicker front adds steering on power; thicker center sends more drive rearward; thicker rear stabilizes the car under throttle.
